Projects can require features to encode their dependencies. Through the project dependency resolution process, all requirements stated by components present in the project as well as the project itself must be resolved. A requirement is considered resolved if the feature is provided by any component present in the project.

A feature is the exact, case-sensitive string given by the name key.
